Rice did the recipe SUSIE, it's more affordable: Thoroughly rinse the rice in cold water, changing the water until it becomes transparent (at least 7 times), then drain it on a sieve and leave for an hour. 2. Put the rice in a deep saucepan and cover with water. Water should be at 1/5 more than rice (200 g of rice — about 250 ml of water). The pan must be filled with water no more than a third. 3. Cover pot, put on medium heat and bring to a boil — this will take about 5 minutes. Then reduce the heat to low and simmer the rice over low heat for 10-13 minutes until it has absorbed all the water. !!!the cover is not open. 4 Remove the pan from the heat and let stand without opening the lid for 10-15 minutes. 5. In a measuring Cup, combine tablespoons Japanese rice vinegar or white wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon of sea salt (can be simple) and mix well to sugar and salt dissolved. 6. Rice put in wet wood pelvis for sushi and pour the vinegar mixture. A wooden spatula mix the mixture with rice — rice should turn, not stirred! Before you start making sushi, allow the rice to cool.
