Herring peel and cut into fillets. So it was easier to do, you need to wrap it tightly in newspaper, and a little knock on the table. Then separate it from the bones will be much easier. Cut the fillet in small pieces.
Cut onion into thin half-rings. Who doesn't like the bitterness in onions, you can douse it with boiling water. Spread the onion on the herring. The amount of onions is also possible to change the taste.
Make a sauce. Apples from the skin I don't peel, just released from the core. Grind them in a blender, but you can just grate it.
To the apples add mustard, vegetable oil (it's better that it was with the smell), vinegar, sugar to taste. You can add black pepper.
Whisk all this in a blender or just mix thoroughly until smooth.
Cover the herring sauce. It is better to stand for at least an hour to the sauce and herring had "friends."
