Cooking
Grind almonds in a coffee grinder (I have plates)
The words of the author. Mix the sugar, almond flour, poppy seeds, a pinch of salt and pepper
Butter and flour (all can be done with a mixer, but a spoon is easier).
Put the dough in foil, remove for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 170*C. Cover a split form with baking paper, grease the sides, or bake on silicone Mat. Knead the dough on the bottom of the form (form diameter 24 cm).
Author. The last time the furnace without form, with markup. First roll the dough, covered with a film, with a rolling pin (on the Mat). Then use your hands to tweaked side and in the oven. The shape keeps well, so won't bother with a split form.
Bake for 20 minutes at the bottom of the oven until light brown. Then remove from the oven, cut into thin segments (be careful while it's hot – the dough breaks easily). I liked the crunchies, but next time will reduce the rate of sugar and add different spices. Baked in less than 20 min., I probably stove-beast :-D for 12 mins So the baking is the reference point for Your stove
In the magazine suggest to serve them with dessert wine. Say, tasty to dip them in there.
