Cake
On the website I found a few "drunken cherries", but, in almost all the recipes you need to soak the cherries overnight in brandy. But since my cake is "eaten" not only the adults, but with children, I decided to bake a "sober cherry" Express recipe for 1 hour.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Cognac

    3 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    1 can

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Soda

    1 tsp

Cooking

step-0
You should first prepare a cherry. I had no "live" or even frozen cherries, I had to take the filler to American pie, there cherry jelly, which is very convenient. You can take any cherry which are in stock. I added two tablespoons of brandy to set off the taste, but it is possible without it. The cherries put to rest, yet will do everything else. And immediately pulled out of the fridge butter for the cream.
step-1
Next, knead the dough for a biscuit. Eggs+sugar, beat well (eggs out of the fridge in advance, at least 20 minutes), followed by the vanilla, I added a spoonful of cognac for the raisins, + flour + soda, slaked vinegar. All whipped in a blender, poured into shape and put on 40 minutes in the preheated oven - 180C.
step-2
Now, go watch a piece of film, or put together jigsaw puzzles with the kids. After the allotted time, take out the cake and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
step-3
Then cut out the inside of the cake and crumble them into crumbs, not too small, medium.
step-4
Next, mix the butter, condensed milk and whisk well, add the cherries.
step-5
And crumbs and mix everything together.
step-6
Then we put our guts into the cake.
step-7
And fill with frosting. if you have your own version, you can use it, I did 4 tbsp milk + 4 tablespoons sugar + 3 tablespoons cocoa cook everything for 5 minutes on low heat, then add 40 grams of butter, the frosting is ready. fill up the cake with icing. I did not decorate because made for myself, and you can use the imagination.
step-8
And here he is in the cut. Bon appetit!!!
