If you like pumpkin in its raw form, then this salad is for you. A very simple composition, but very tasty salad. For myself, I sometimes prepare this salad for dinner, you can cook any garnish.

Cooking
Grate the pumpkin on the Korean grater.
Cook hard-boiled eggs, cut into julienne strips and add to the pumpkin, season with salt and pepper.
In sour cream, squeeze the garlic and mix well.
Add the dressing to the salad and mix well.
