Roll of mackerel with carrot and egg
Delicate roll of a beloved mackerel. This cold appetizer looks very nice on the table, so perfect for a holiday table and for everyday use.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    20 g

2 mackerel defrosted, wash, clean, cut off head and tail, gut it through the top of the fish, i.e. the cut on the back and the belly remains whole. Carefully remove all the bones (including the fins, and bones along the spine). Eggs and carrots, boil and peel. Grate on a coarse grater. Cucumbers cut into stripes.

Lay the fillets meat up overlapping, add salt as desired, pepper, sprinkle with dry gelatin, it spread grated carrots, eggs and cucumbers.
