Cooking
Veal is better to take the blade. It is flat and can be formed. To deploy the meat as much as possible on the table. Cut off the extra meat and veins that protrude. Notching the top of the meat with a knife, that would be easier to twist in a roll without damaging the canvas itself. So I did.
The prepared meat with salt, season with pepper and seasoning for veal or beef. Sprinkle pre-cooked and strips of roasted fresh mushrooms, and roasted mushrooms. Sprinkle chopped thin strips of raw carrot and sprinkle with raisins.
All this neatly wrapped in a roll and tie in several places. On top of another pepper black pepper and wrap tightly in foil. Send in a preheated 220 gr. the oven for 1-1,5. Duration ready to test a long wooden stick.

If anyone would think that 2 kg of meat is a lot, I can assure you that this dish will not sit at the holiday table. Tender and juicy meat combined with mushrooms, sladinki carrots and a spicy hint of raisins will delight You and Your guests. :roll:
