Of all the ways of cooking beans I love this one! Beans in tomato sauce — hearty, healthy and meatless dish. It turns out very tasty. Legumes in General are included in the list of 10 most beneficial foods for health, they are especially important for vegetarians, post, losing weight because it contains lots of protein.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Green onions

    20 g

  • Ginger

    20 g

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Thyme

    1 g

  • Black pepper

    2 g

  • Rosemary

    1 g

  • Tomato paste

    70 g

  • Water

    100 ml

Beans take two types"red"and"Akito"-very tasty. soaked it for half an hour and cook in a slow cooker - pressure cooker on mode "stewing" ( at a pressure of 3)-30min
