Cooking
Boil the rice, rinse to cool;
Mussels fry on high heat in butter until brown add half of chopped onion and salt to taste;

Add bell pepper - diced, boneless pear - diced;
Add pepper, salt and sour cream (not much, so that nothing is missed); I love salads with sour cream, you can certainly use mayonnaise;
Arrange the salad in portioned bowls, using a spherical shape of any utensils (so tightly-imposed salad was well out of shape, grease the molds a little oil);
Grate cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle with part of the flat plate of suitable diameter (plate a little oil); Melt cheese in the microwave on full power for 60-80 seconds; once the cheese has cooled to warm, carefully remove it from the plate, helping sharp knife; Wear cobweb cheese on the salad and squeeze on top of the same spherical shape, protruding portions of cheese cut off; Similarly prepare the remaining portions of salad;
Serve, garnished with pear, mussels, herbs, or anything else, I made spicy pickled peppers; Bon appetit!
