Salad with mussels under cheese spiderweb
Delicious salad with mussels, sweet tenderness gives the salad - pear, not the banal flow will provide the spiderweb of cheese!

Grate cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle with part of the flat plate of suitable diameter (plate a little oil); Melt cheese in the microwave on full power for 60-80 seconds; once the cheese has cooled to warm, carefully remove it from the plate, helping sharp knife; Wear cobweb cheese on the salad and squeeze on top of the same spherical shape, protruding portions of cheese cut off; Similarly prepare the remaining portions of salad;
