Planning to bake these muffins with taste of dessert "black forest cake", I immediately thought of my wonderful friend Annie (Anna_usa), who loves the combination of cherry and chocolate. And these muffins-my Declaration of love responsive, attentive, always ready to help you, anjutik! I'm really glad we met, albeit virtually! But you never know.

The right amount of cherry to thaw at room t. For the dough: mix the water and milk, heat up until warm t. Add sugar and dry yeast SAF-Point, all mix, cover and leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes or until foamy cap.
In a bowl for kneading the dough mix the flour and salt, make a deepening and pour into it the yeast mixture, add egg, shake it with a fork.
Start kneading the dough: once the flour and liquid ingredients will come together but the dough will still be lumpy and sticky, small portions will start to mix the dough is soft butter.
If adding butter, the dough will become too runny and not holding form, then continuing the kneading at a pinch will add flour to achieve desired consistency of the dough. It took me another 2 tablespoons of flour to the ingredients in the declared amount. The dough turned out soft, a little sticky. The dishes with the dough, cover and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
After an hour the dough has increased in size more than in 2 times. Make alminco again cover the dough and remove for 40 minutes or until a re-increase of the test 2 times.
Here is my finished dough. Abenaim the dough a little and divide into two parts. One part of the subject covered, the second part is spread on a Board, podpylennuyu a small amount of flour. Form for baking grease with a small amount of vegetable oil, the bottom covered with baking paper.

In cherry juice, after thawing, the remaining cherries, add the powdered sugar and bring to a boil. Boil for 1-2 minutes.
The resulting syrup generously grease the surface of the still hot bread rolls and served to the table!
