Very popular in Sweden salad that can be served with anything! "Skagenröra"- stir of Skagen. Skagen is a city in Sweden. There are many variants of this salad, here is one of them.

Shrimp

Caviar

Cheese

Red onion
1 piece

Lemon juice
2 tsp

Dill
3 sprig
Cooking
Prepare the products.
Clean the shrimp. (I do not advise to buy already cleaned shrimp, t.. since they are usually without color and taste). Sprinkle them with lemon juice. Finely chop the onion and dill.
Mix all the ingredients.
Ready! Serve on anything and with anything: white bread, brown bread, avocado, baked potatoes, boiled potatoes, etc. I liked the bread, that's it, and serve. Bon appetit!
