Pan with chanterelles and bacon
It's fall! Time yellow foliage, asters, transparent air. And yet this time a great variety of wild mushrooms. And, thanks to this diversity, at our tables, you receive delicious, healthy, warming and eye pleasing food. Happy to offer an easy autumn recipe.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Bacon

    120 g

  • Spices

  • Allspice

    0.5 l

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Chanterelles are first collected in a beautiful autumn forest). Then gently wash them, raw, they are very fragile.
