Cooking
Chanterelles are first collected in a beautiful autumn forest). Then gently wash them, raw, they are very fragile.
Next, fill with water and boil 15 minutes in salted water.
Put the cooked chanterelles in a colander, allow water to drain.
Meanwhile, fry the sliced into thin slices of bacon.

Spread the mushrooms in a frying pan heated with bacon fat. And fry another 15 minutes. Add the peppers, salt to taste and favorite spices. If fat is not enough add a little vegetable oil. Add the bacon. Stir.
Chanterelles ready. You can bring to the table. Very good these mushrooms taste combined with boiled potatoes.
