Chicken thighs baked in cream with pumpkin
All, I promise this is the last recipe with pumpkins, but honestly, very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    500 g

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    10 tooth

  • Rosemary

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Pumpkin wash and cut into slices, peel clear is not necessary. Pour into it 2 tbsp soy sauce Kikoman and season with rosemary. Leave it for 30 minutes.

Chicken thighs wash, dry and put them in a ovenproof form. Pour 2 tbsp. of soy sauce and pepper and leave for 30 minutes.

Once the pumpkin and the chicken is marinated, put them together, add the washed but not peeled garlic, season with salt as needed.

Pour the cream.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 35-40 minutes or until tender. Serve sprinkled with parsley!!!
