Description
Since then, I switched to a proper diet, many foods and combination of foods excluded from your diet. But in such a holiday as New year, don't really want to limit myself, and the desire to indulge more and more. Now, it's a delicious option, not aggravating meals that I will cook for yourself and your friends on this holiday. Especially because it is cooked just like lightning. A combination of tender, melting salmon with spicy feta, fresh, crisp acidity of the passion fruit. It's just a holiday for our buds!!! Salt in this dish is not in use.

Cooking
Here's the whole set of products that we will need for this delicious
For the filling of the pockets with feta cheese mixed with finely chopped greens
The salmon steaks do slotted, but not cross-cutting. We need pockets
Pour into the pockets of soy sauce
And tightly compacted stuffing of feta with herbs
In olive oil fry the chopped onion until transparent
Passion fruit cut in half. (By the way, at this stage do not have to use such an exotic fruit. Perfect grapes, sliced in rings, oranges and mandarins. I do with all this fruit, believe me, it's delicious, but today I was passion fruit)
Walnuts chopped in large pieces
So, to the onions add the contents of the passion fruit. The bones will be pleasantly crackled, and the flesh will add freshness and acidity to the sauce.
And chopped walnuts. Please note that salt I in this dish don't use
Now in a hot frying pan, pour soy sauce
And put the salmon skin down pockets. Now close the lid, turn off the stove and wait 15 minutes
The table is set on a leaf of lettuce stacked stuffed salmon, pour sauce in which the salmon were braised pockets, next put half of the passion fruit, if it was used in the cooking of the sauce, or grapes, or slices of Mandarin or orange segments. I have decorated with starfruit. Because we have a holiday!!! And now, 20 minutes a real restaurant dish you have on the table
