Description
Khichri, Khichdi, Khichdi, vegetarian spicy porridge from a mixture of rice and beans, usually Masha, often with vegetables. One of the main dishes of Vedic cuisine. In India, is made from time immemorial. In Egypt, a similar name Kosari, Iran, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan mung Khichdi (Mastichari), and in England, kedgeree. Cooking
In a skillet or pan with a thick bottom heat 2 tbsp oil and fry cumin until the appearance of a bright flavor.
