Cooking
Young shred cabbage, sorrel minced, pepper cut into small cubes.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Apple remove seeds and peel, and grate on a coarse grater, sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Optionally add a pinch of salt.
Soy sauce mix with vegetable oil and a pinch of sugar. Stir and season the salad.
