Salad
The recipe for this salad I saw in the newspaper"Russian Relish", which was published under the editorship of Andrey Makarevich few years ago. Like the recipe for that staple salad - squid, which I treat with great warmth and awe. The salad is easy to make, pleasant to taste sensations. You can submit as a holiday, and on weekdays.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    1 kg

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • Olives

    100 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Black pepper

    0.2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.2 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    70 g

Cooking

Wash squid, remove the films. Cook in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.

Remove from pans, let cool.

Squid cut into long strips. Onions to clear, cut half rings. Olives cut into rings. Canned peas, drain from the marinade.
