Cooking
Wash squid, remove the films. Cook in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.
Remove from pans, let cool.
Squid cut into long strips. Onions to clear, cut half rings. Olives cut into rings. Canned peas, drain from the marinade.
Put in a large bowl squid, onion, Korean carrot, green peas, mix well.
Add the finely chopped parsley.
