Ranet, baked with milk cream
Easy dessert is very well suited for the festive table in winter and in summer. Fragrant apples, milk custard and whipped egg whites.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    6 piece

  • Yolk egg

    6 piece

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Citric acid
