Cake
The name was invented by her husband, said it was not a cake, but just the debauchery of some kind. Judge for yourself: the cake with the addition of large amounts of dark chocolate, raisins, hazelnuts and dried cherries, soaked in peppermint extract, with a delicate sour cream and boiled condensed milk. Decorated with orange slices, grapes and roses from sugar mastic... Just a CHOCOLATE dream...

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Cocoa powder

    30 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Cherry

    70 g

  • Raisins

    130 g

  • Hazelnuts

    100 g

  • Mint

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

  • Sour cream

    20 g

  • Vanilla

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Grapes

    1 piece

Cooking

Grind the hazelnuts and fry in a dry frying pan
