Description
The name was invented by her husband, said it was not a cake, but just the debauchery of some kind. Judge for yourself: the cake with the addition of large amounts of dark chocolate, raisins, hazelnuts and dried cherries, soaked in peppermint extract, with a delicate sour cream and boiled condensed milk. Decorated with orange slices, grapes and roses from sugar mastic... Just a CHOCOLATE dream...

Cooking
Grind the hazelnuts and fry in a dry frying pan
Chocolate to put in a fire-proof bowl, put on a pot of boiling water to the bowl not touching the water and melt
A bowl of chocolate, remove from heat, add sugar, eggs, butter (room temperature), vanilla and stir well
Raisins and cherries to wash in warm water. Add the chocolate cherries, raisins, nuts, cocoa, flour and baking powder and mix all until smooth
A detachable form to cover with baking paper (bottom and sides), sprinkle with oil. Spread the batter
Cook in a preheated 160C oven for 1 hour 40 minutes. Ready cake cool.
Cut the cake horizontally into two parts. Mint pour boiling water for 15 minutes. Well soak cakes peppermint extract (you will need about 180ml)
[b]Make the cream:[/b] mix the condensed milk and sour cream, add a little vanilla. To coat the cakes with cream and put into the refrigerator
Decorate with slices of orange, berries grapes and roses from marshmallows. To give the cake to soak, removing it for a couple of hours in the fridge Bon appetit!!! :)
