Pie
Wonderful pie with a crispy crust and soft, flavorful middle. If you are using different fillings, it acquires a new taste)))

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    30 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Jam

    500 g

Prepare the ingredients

Yeast is put into a bowl and add to it 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar and three tablespoons of warm milk. Stir and leave for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl mix all the remaining ingredients and add to them a yeast is already a bit fit. Knead the dough and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

For an hour the dough is noticeably suitable. If the house is cold then put the bowl with the dough in a pan of warm water like I did.

Approaching divide the dough into two parts ( two pie ) and roll out a thin rectangular layer.

Apply the filling onto the pastry ( I used ready poppy seed stuffing and Apple jam)

Roll curl. Cut off the uneven edges and lay the circle on a greased baking sheet.

Scissors make cuts as the photo approximately two centimeters wide.

And form a "napkin" take one slice of the pie, wrap it in two turns outwards, again one inside and so form a pattern. From one cut edge forming a rosette and thrust it in the center. Leave it for 15 minutes to slightly approached. Whisk the egg yolk with the tablespoon of sugar and brush with our "napkin" and in a pre-heated oven bake for 15-20 minutes until Golden brown.

Take the second part of the test and done the same thing only instead of poppy-seed filling with a thin ball to apply the jam. You can experiment with fillings and find new tastes. Enjoy your tea)))
