Peach cakes
Breakfast on a day off very easily turn into a celebration. Prepare this simple and delicious pastries with peaches or nectarines for Breakfast, and You definitely get a lot of compliments from all Your family members))) cereal, fruit, nuts and cinnamon... m-m-m! The smell while cooking is crazy! A recipe from my favorite magazine "School of Gastronome" with a little of my changes.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Walnuts

    0.66 cup

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Peach

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    60 g

  • Cream

    2 tsp

I cooked half of the standards products and used the form in diameter 18 cm, if you prepare the prescription form must be greater of 24 cm or rectangular 20x30. Flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon grind into crumbs with butter. Nuts chopped.

While baked basis, slice the peaches. Beat the egg and cream with sugar, you can just whisk.

On the basis of to put the peaches and pour the creamy-egg mixture. Sprinkle the nut-flour crumbs. Bake for about 30 minutes.

The finished cake to cool ( source offering to clean for 2 hours in the cold. but we're impatient!)). Make the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar and 1-2 tsp of cream or milk. The cooled cake cut into portions cakes and pour glaze.
