Chicken breast in batter
Very tender and juicy chicken Breasts. Ready in 5 minutes, ambulance on all occasions, but most importantly, they turn out dry, but very juicy and flavorful. Can be served as a separate dish or with any meal.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Flour

    50 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.1 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.1 tsp

Arbitrarily chicken Breasts cut into strips. In a bowl thoroughly whisk the eggs, nutmeg, salt, sugar and pepper

Gradually into the egg mixture enter the milk and flour mix, the dough is like thick cream

Each piece of chicken carefully daubed in the test (I have the spices sprinkled on the breast, like a richer taste, but it's not for everybody)

And on a hot frying pan with olive oil put our chicken pieces

Fry from both sides, about 5-7 minutes (on each side for 3-4 minutes)
