Salad with aubergines every day
I want to share the salad, which is now in our menu almost every day. Eggplant tastes like pickled, but preparing a salad I'm not more than 20 minutes. I don't think anyone surprised by this simple recipe. But I recommend everyone who has not tried it. Fast, easy, beautiful and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

To start boil the eggplant. I usually cook 8 - 10 minutes in salted water. Add the Bay leaf.

Then, the eggplant needs to be overcome. I do it with two plates. The cooled eggplants clean and cut.

Cut tomato and onions. Add the chopped eggplant. Salt, season with oil. Decorate with greens. The salad is ready! Bon appetit!
