Potato gratin with sun-dried tomatoes and green onions. Very flavorful, hearty, colorful and tasty dish of potatoes

Cooking
Potato peel, wash and cut into thin slices about 3 mm.
From the jar with sun-dried tomatoes take a spoonful of this incredibly fragrant oil and heated it in a saucepan or skillet.
There also add finely chopped garlic, fry for literally half a minute.
Pour in the cream. Salt, pepper, add nutmeg. To reduce the calorie content of dishes, half of the cream can be replaced with milk.
And add the potatoes. Stir after 3 min and remove from heat.
Sliced green onion, a few sun-dried tomatoes and cherry tomatoes.
In a baking dish and put in a circle, the potatoes, to it green onions and sun-dried tomatoes.
On the last layer spread the remaining green onions, sun-dried tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. The remnants of the cream from the pan pour on top. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Cover the tin with foil so the top potatoes are not dry. When the potato is ready, sprinkle it on top of the cheese and leave in oven for another few minutes to brown.
Decorate with Basil. I served with a Caprese salad. So that was dinner :)
