Potatoes baked with bacon
Incredibly delicious and flavorful potatoes with bacon, garlic, herbs and feta cheese. Will be a good side dish for a light spring salad.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    9 piece

  • Fat

    250 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Goat cheese

    100 g

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

Cooking

Potatoes good wash and boil in their skins until soft. Cool.

Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and each half gently make indentations with a spoon. The remote recesses of the core chopped, it is useful to us.

Now cut bacon, garlic, chilli and herbs (I have herbs frozen in butter).

Fill our halves: one half each of the potatoes, put feta cheese, garlic, and Chile; in the other herbs and garlic.

Now stuffing into each half, cover the cut core grooves of potatoes and one of the halves put the plate of bacon. Do that with all our potatoes.

Connect the two halves together and get almost a whole potato.

Wrap (carefully so the halves don't fall apart!) each potato individually in foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until cooked. In my oven it is about 20-25 minutes.
