Onions in sweet and sour sauce
Cipolline in salsa agro-Dolce - the perfect side dish to meat from the Countess Maria Luisa. For this dish, use a small bulb, because they are not mushy and are prepared quickly. The sauce in which languish onions are delicious and in my opinion quite self-sufficient with a bright onion flavor.

Ingredients

  • Balsamic

    80 ml

  • Onion

    500 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Onions clean from the husk and wash under cold running water. With a knife cut the bottom part of each bulb and dry wipes.

In frying pan, heat the oil and add the honey.

Put the onion and fry it on high heat 7 minutes, turning them over frequently.

Pour balsamic vinegar, Ambassador. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 15 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly. Serve hot, meat. Bon appetit!
