Cooking
Pre-boil some rice. For this salad suitable conventional long-grain rice, but I like to mix parboiled and wild rice, so used it.
Red onion cut into thin rings. I used a special grater.
Next, make a marinade of olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice and honey.
