Salad
The salad is very tasty! All the ingredients complement each other. Blue cheese in any case do not replace any other, as it is the highlight of this salad!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Fish

    100 g

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Water

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Blue cheese

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil the rice in salted water. We will need 0.5 cups of cooked rice.

The rice should be crisp and not overcooked.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes, chop the dill and fold into the Cup.

Add the diced cucumbers,

and cooked rice.

Slice the blue cheese into small cubes. Better yet, you can crumble it like I did.

Pepper salad, mix and

add the olive oil.

Stir again. And let stand 5-10 minutes.
