Cooking
Chicken fillet cut into strips
Fry it in vegetable oil, add salt (a bit nedaalive, because additional salinity will give the soy sauce), pepper to taste, fry until cooked. After add soy sauce, fry for another 5 minutes and set aside.
Onion cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Add to the onions carrots, shredded or grated "Korean-style".
Once the carrots are soft add the tomatoes, cut into wedges and fry until then, until you go liquid.
Ocistiti eggplant peeled and cut into long strips
Fry them in vegetable oil until tender. At the end add few salt.
Meat, fried eggplant and put in a bowl, the garlic squeezed through a garlic press directly into the salad and mix up all well. As an option meals: 1. to searce before the tomatoes add a couple of bell peppers, also cut into long strips. 2. option better fed - fry separately 400 grams of potatoes (julienne) and add to the salad.
On a plate put the torn lettuce leaves
