Salad
Amazing salad - light, fresh, flavorful and healthy! Dressing original, spicy and very in harmony with these foods - help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    2 handful

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Orange

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Mac

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

To make the filling: Remove the zest from half an orange without touching the white part (it's bitter!).

Pour in the olive oil and

the soy sauce.

Add the lemon juice,

honey and

Mac. Mix well.

Season with salt (if needed) and pepper and stir again.

Shred cabbage and put in deep dish.

Cucumbers cut into small pieces and combine

with cabbage and chopped parsley.

An orange cut into pieces and put in salad.

Pour dressing and

mix well.
