Chicken salad
Bright, light, summery, fresh spinach salad with chicken rolls and carrot "curls". Try!

Ingredients

  • Spinach

    200 g

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Carrots

    50 g

  • Bow white

    30 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    0.5 tooth

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Chicken fillet cut along with a knife and pop it open like a book, repel, salt, pepper
