Beat the whites with a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar to peaks

Almonds, flour, baking powder and grated chocolate and mix.
Add dry mixture to oil and mix. Mix thoroughly, the mass is quite dense.
Carefully enter the beaten egg whites, mix thoroughly.
Obtained here is spotting the dough.
We spread our dough in the form laid with baking paper (diameter 26 cm form). Gently even out. Oven already preheated to 160 degrees. Bake for 50 minutes. Check readiness of a wooden torch.
After some time take out the cake from the oven, allow to cool in the form, release from the mold. I turned the pie crust down on the grill.
The remaining chocolate (150 g) melt in a water bath.
3 tbsp of liquid chocolate thinly applied on the marble plaque, or, like me, on the back smooth side of the smaller pan. Allow to cool, the surface solidified. In the cold not set - stiffens quickly.
Pour remaining melted chocolate over the cake, even out with a spatula (spoon, knife)
Until the chocolate is grabbed, "planted" in random order flowers of physalis
Meanwhile, the chocolate on the Board (pan) has already been solidified, and we can use the spatula to remove thin shavings. This chip will serve us well as for decor.
