Recipes biscuits just great variety, but I decided to make rye flour and bran and to say that it tastes good - nothing to prove. This is a delicate, crumbly dough combined with a filling of apples, I liked it very much! This crazy riot of flavors. Here I never would have thought that sweet pastries are so good is combined with rye flour. In General, I recommend, no urge to cook!!!

Cooking
In a large bowl mix the sifted flour (and rye, and wheat), baking soda, salt, sugar and bran.
In a glass to combine the oil and boiling water, stir.
In the center of the flour mixture make a deepening and pour the water with oil.
Knead soft, pliable dough, I kneaded by hand. The dough is allowed to cool.
Meanwhile, wash and peel the apples, cut serdtsevina and cut into slices of medium thickness, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with cinnamon, stir.
Roll out the dough into a disk, with a diameter of about 35 cm, with a thickness of about 0.5 mm, since the dough at the edges of the breaks, I did everything directly on the baking paper, so it was easier to transfer it on a baking sheet. Notice the dough, though broken, but the good thing is that it is elastic, and can be "glued".
Sprinkle the center of our dough one tablespoon of sugar.
Spread the apples — also in the center, the edges of the dough leaving a free, pour honey, sprinkle with nuts and sesame seeds.
The edges of the dough are folded to the inside. Put in oven preheated to 190C degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes (guided by his oven). While our biscuit is baked, so the aroma is in the apartment, just do not pass!!! Cool slightly and serve warm or cold, priputnev powdered sugar. Bon appétit!!!
