Spicy pastries with plums
That autumn creeps up slowly and delights us with its gifts. With one of these gifts, I baked a wonderful "cakes". It just measure: sweetness, sourness, light ostrinkoy ............

Ingredients

  • Drain

    6 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

  • Ginger

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Orange juice

    70 ml

  • Starch

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Baking powder

Plum cut in half, remove the pit and cut each half, another three part. Lightly roll in cornstarch.

With lemon to remove the zest, ginger to grate.

Soft beat butter with sugar. Add the eggs, a whisper of salt, zest and ginger. Mix well.

Mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Sift all through a sieve and mix with maslina-egg mass. Gradually add orange juice. All mix well again. Gently stir in plums.

Form of grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the dough (you can sprinkle with almonds) and put in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes, check the readiness with a match.

Before serving you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. "Cakes" turn out moist, but very tender and soft. The sour plums harmonizes well with the sweet, flavorful dough. Ginger gives a slight slight kick, which is more noticeable in hot conditions. A very nice addition is a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
