  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Onion cut into half rings.

Tomato cut into thin slices.

Beat eggs with a fork and season with salt.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil until soft, add the tomato and peas, silent salt. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Vegetables put in a baking dish.

From top to pour the eggs. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes.
