Description
I offer a good Breakfast without spending time and effort for its preparation. Also bars handy for snacking on the road, as for their storage does not require special conditions. These bars are soft inside and slightly crispy on the outside.

Cooking
Oat flakes grind in a blender.
Then add the cereal, sugar and bananas, chop them all together until smooth. Leave for 10 minutes.
To a viscous banana mixture, add honey, raisins and finely chopped orange. All carefully stir and put in a baking dish lined with parchment and greased with 1 tsp of vegetable oil. Flatten.
Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 20-30 minutes. Cut into rectangles or squares and allow to cool in the form.
