Appetizer of squid
A very easy appetizer turns out nice and crunchy. Ideal for dinner and as a snack.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    1 can

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Cabbage

    9 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

Squid I took a cupping, the composition of which only the squid and salt. You can cook from fresh. For this 3 dead squid wash, peel and boil in salted water for 3-5 minutes, then cool and cut into strips.

Cucumber wash, cut into strips and add to the squid

Greens wash, dry, chop and add to the squid with cucumbers.

Mix vegetable oil with lemon juice. I'm not salted, as squid and so with salt. To taste you can add salt or add a teaspoon of soy sauce.

Squid to fill, stir. To prepare the leaves of the Beijing cabbage: wash, trim the lower part of the sheet. If the cabbage leaves you have wider, you might have less leaves.

On each sheet put the squid salad, roll into a tube and shove a toothpick or skewer. I got a tablespoon of filling on each cabbage leaf.
