  • Sour cream

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Water

    200 ml

First you need to dissolve a packet of dry jelly quick cooking hot water. Stir, allow to cool a little. Gelatin pour a small amount of water, allow to swell (I have fast-acting gelatin)

In a Cup, mix spreadable cheese, sugar and sour cream, beat with a mixer.

Pour cottage cheese into jelly, there add the gelatine (pre-heated, do not boil!). Whisk.
