Country barbecue trout with Oriental accents
I love the skewers of pork or lamb. And I love to experiment. In anticipation of the next trip to the cottage scoured the Internet in search of information about what else you can roast on a campfire. Fantasy is my information processed and on our table there was "Barbecue trout in a pineapple marinade with grilled mushrooms and extreme appetizer of eggplant".

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

  • Mushrooms

    8 piece

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Seasoning

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Trout

    400 g

  • Soy sauce

    200 ml

  • Garlic

Let's start with mushrooms. Photo set of products: fresh mushrooms, olive oil, soy sauce, herbes de Provence (dry).

In a bowl mix olive oil, soy sauce, herbes de Provence.

Mushrooms rinse water to dry out. Immersed in the prepared mixture, the mushrooms and leave to marinate for a few hours. Capacity to periodically shake to mushrooms really soak in the marinade. Part of the marinade for the mushrooms must enter a component oil (mine is olive oil, but you can sour cream, mayonnaise), then the mushrooms are dry.

Go to the "extreme" snack of eggplant. Eggplant wash and in the eyes of the astonished audience to throw into the fire directly in an open flame (the eggplant can not wash, probably, but I'm so accustomed to :-)
