Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Water

    0.6 l

  • Minced meat

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Nutmeg

    1.4 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

In forcemeat add finely chopped onion, cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper and give everything a good stir. From flour and water, knead a soft dough. The dough should not be rubber!
