Cooking
Wash the meat and dry it.
Cut in half, but not until the end to make a pocket. Inside spread with mustard and set aside (let it soaked).
Meanwhile, we take two large onions, cut them in half rings or rings (as you like).
Mushrooms (I have frozen) fry in a pan in vegetable oil.
When they start to brown, add the onion.
The whole thing strongly fry do not need to remove from heat when onions become slightly Golden color.
A mixture of onion and mushrooms stuffed with our "pocket" and sew up to the filling is not "running away". Sprinkle top of meat with seasoning.
Eggplant cut into thin layers. (I had frozen own "production"). Salt, pepper.
The baking pan with foil, lay out the "pocket", its top of the covered eggplant.
Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes (I have again been frozen, very convenient). Spread it around the "pocket".
Wrap it all tightly with foil and put in oven for an hour. Time may vary depending on your oven.
After an hour, open the foil and put in oven for 20-30 minutes. The result is flavorful, juicy, delicious dish.
This is in the context. Hope you like it. Bon appetit!!!
