Quinoa with pear and spicy cheese
I recommend to try the pear salad with blue cheese. The originality of this salad gives the quinoa with a hint of ginger.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    100 g

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Blue cheese

    100 g

  • Ginger

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Balsamic

  • Dill

Of these products will be cooked salad.

Peel the ginger skin and grate the pear into thin slices.

Quinoa rinse well and boil according to package instructions, cool. Cut the cheese into plastics, in a small container to mix the components for the filling: olive oil, fruit vinegar, salt, freshly ground pepper, a little light balsamic (the balsamic vinegar has a wonderful spicy sweet taste), shake well.

To quinoa add ginger and mix thoroughly.

From quinoa to form a neat podloucky.

On top lay the slices of pear.

Pear-slices of cheese (to crumble).

Top salad abundantly watered with dressing (dressing in front of this a few times to shake).

Before serving, decorate with finely cut dill and grains of pink pepper (this is optional).
