The biscuit is not made from flour but from ground red rice "Samarkand" TM "Mistral, and cream - white, large beans "Lima" TM "Mistral", so use this sweet dessert is great.

Cooking
For rice flour I took red rice "Samarkand" TM "Mistral".
Red rice grind in a coffee grinder into flour.
Proteins separated from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks with 20 g of cane sugar "Mistral" white.
Beat the whites with the remaining sugar until stable peaks.
The rice flour, add whipped with sugar whites and yolks.
Mix everything carefully. The dough is ready. Put the dough in a greased form with a diameter of 14 cm. ( I baked in a pastry ring.)
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until it will turn brown. To give the cake to cool completely before removing from the mold.
Korzh cut into two parts.
Pre-soaked for 4 hours white beans "Lima" TM "Mistral", to boil as recommended on the package. To prepare the cream: whisk the beans with condensed milk and vanilla in a blender.

Collect the cake: the top layer is connected to the bottom and coat sides of cake with remaining frosting. To remove the cake for a couple of hours in the fridge.
