Cooking
Just specify that for this recipe it is more convenient to use instant gelatin. I used conventional. So 7 g gelatin pour 3 tablespoons of boiling water and leave to swell for 40-60 minutes.
Meanwhile, carrots grate on a fine grater.
In a pan, add a little water to cover the carrots. Also add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Put on medium heat and cook the carrots under a lid until tender (for me it took 15 minutes).
Prepared carrots, chop immersion blender. Try the sauce to taste can add more sugar. Mashed potatoes cool completely.
From orange squeeze juice.
To the cooled mashed potatoes add 3 tablespoons orange juice and beat again blender. If the orange is sweet, you can add a little lemon juice to balance sweet and sour flavors.
Swollen gelatin to melt in a water bath and add to carrot puree. Mix well.
Fill in the form of puree 1/3. I used the tins from chocolates. Put into the refrigerator for 20 minutes to harden the jelly.
The other 2 layers are prepared according to the same scheme. If gelatin is normal, then 7 g of pour water and leave to swell for 40 minutes. In this time, prepare the beets. It must, like carrots, grate on a fine grater. Then add water, 1 tbsp sugar and saute on medium heat until soft.
Chop the beetroot into a puree and cool. Add 3 tbsp of orange juice, mix well. Melt the gelatin in a water bath and mix with mashed potatoes. Fill the form beet puree for another 1/3. Again put into the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Now prepare the green layer. The remaining 7 g of gelatine, leave to swell for 40 minutes. Spinach pour hot water, add 1 tbsp sugar and saute 5 minutes.
Grind the spinach into a puree and cool. Add 3 tbsp of orange juice, mix well.
Melt the gelatin in a water bath and mix with mashed potatoes. Fill the form spinach mixture to the end. Put into the refrigerator to harden for 30 minutes. TIP: if you don't want to color layers mixed up (as happened to me :D), do not leave it overnight in the fridge and eat on the same day.
