Chocolate banana cake with mousse-ice cream
About 5 years ago on TV saw a master class cake making ice cream very much. I wanted to repeat it now, but the search in the network nor to no avail. Therefore, repeat from memory a master class of n-th Senora from Italy. The cake turned out very tasty, everyone liked it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Juice

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Chocolate milk

    90 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Banana

    1 piece

We will need:

Prepare the sponge cake. Beat the eggs, gradually adding sugar.

Gently stir in the flour (sifted).

Bake until tender (about 30 min. at temp. 180S.) (Shape diameter 25cm). Allow to cool. Cut lengthwise into two parts.

To make the syrup. Squeeze the orange and lemon, add water to volume of the glass. Mix with the sugar, heat until the sugar dissolves. Cool.

To impregnate with syrup.

To make chocolate mousse. Whip cream, stir in the melted chocolate.

To make banana mousse. To whip the cream. Grind the banana. To enter into the cream.

Fluff first, previously soaked cake, chocolate mousse... with second layer to do the same, only with banana mousse.

Put in freezer until firm (about an hour and a half). You can cover with melted chocolate and again put in the freezer. Or just sprinkle with grated chocolate, as I did it. Serve slightly melted.
