Vegetable dumplings
A couple of years ago I read this recipe in some newspaper. Since then, sometimes bake, and not necessarily in post. These puffs for a long time not stale, good for tea, compote and juice.

Ingredients

  • Brine

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    4 cup

Cooking

The brine is slightly warm, add sugar, salt, soda, vegetable oil, flour. Knead well until the dough lagged behind the hands.

Roll the dough not very thin.
