Zucchini fried with cabbage and tomatoes
Completely meatless summer dish. And most importantly - delicious! Can be used as a garnish or as a separate dish. Though hot, though cold.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    0.333 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Cooking

Take the zucchini and its three on a grater.

Cabbage shinkuem.

Cut onion into half rings. All this fry in vegetable oil until evaporation of liquid.

Finely chop the tomatoes.

Add the tomatoes to the vegetables. Salt, pepper to taste. Fry the whole mixture until the liquid is evaporated from the tomato.
