Cooking
Take the zucchini and its three on a grater.
Cut onion into half rings. All this fry in vegetable oil until evaporation of liquid.
Finely chop the tomatoes.
Add the tomatoes to the vegetables. Salt, pepper to taste. Fry the whole mixture until the liquid is evaporated from the tomato.
To balance the acid of tomatoes, add half or one teaspoon of sugar. Add chopped greens, simmer for another five minutes. Bon appetit.
