Shanks of beef, sauteed in sauce
The meat turned out juicy, tender, with a tangy, spicy (to your taste) sauce. Brain and bone... mmmmmm.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1.5 kg

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Olives

    1 can

  • Chili

    2 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Coriander

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Lemon peel

  • Spices

  • Mint

Shanks. Shanks wash, cut the tape in several places, so that when frying, the meat does not twist.

Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with paprika, ground coriander (crushed seeds with your fingers), salt and pepper.
