Cooking
Milk bring to the boil, add cane sugar TM "Mistral" and Fig. It is desirable to use Jasmine rice from TM "Mistral", it is very fragrant and great for desserts. Boil the rice until tender.

... and cook the syrup on medium heat until the emergence of large bubbles on the surface. If You have a cooking thermometer, then boil the syrup to a temperature of 120 degrees.
Proteins to combine with the lemon juice and beat until stable peaks. Not stopping to whisk the egg whites - a thin stream pour the hot syrup.
Then the Italian meringue in small portions and add to the rice peach mass, stirring gently.
Pour into kremanku (or glasses) and clear to harden in the fridge for 1.5-2 hours. I got 4 kremanki.
So I have a frozen dessert in an hour rest in the fridge.
Decorate according to your taste. I'm on top of the glasses dipped in sugar, dessert sprinkled with cocoa powder, then the top is sprinkled with powdered sugar. Of the remaining nectarine I made leaflets and spread cranberries.
