Muffins Fudge brownies
The recipe for these cupcakes I found on the website "SAI 7 info". Very delicious and flavorful cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • Toffee

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Nuts

    100 g

Cooking

In a saucepan pour the milk and put the toffee (I had a steadfast "Golden key").

On low heat, with constant stirring, melt the toffee until completely dissolved. Add the butter and leave to cool to room temperature.

After cooling, add the egg and lightly beat (with a whisk).

Nuts are chopped (not very finely). Shift the flour with baking powder and nuts.

Slow stream, while stirring in flour to enter the caramel mixture. Mix thoroughly. Put the dough in the molds.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
